When hope is what your hanging onto and not solid performance from the management that has been tasked to provide it, tis a disappointment. My beef is when Peter tells me all is Rosey when the financials suggest otherwise, or "we are growing" or try and fill the void of good news with puffery that at times is cringeworthy. Profit is good. Profit and growth is better, it appears we have neither, unless these migrants and students use our products and services. Some self inflicted and some sentiment, but for managements part their kpi's should be met and valuation should be a direct result of that, if they are not, then why should they be rewarded, I don't get rewarded if I haven't met my KPI's. Yes yes I hear we are growing if that's the case then show us how well management are performing. I would love to see a brief monthly financial snapshot with an update on the business. Nothing long winded or full of puff or stuff we already know. I think Peter could do himself a favour and provide it.
