CMM gold recovery rate is 90% in recent Quarterly, well above KCN, aiming at 80% (although recent announcement said “up to 85%”).
Refining and royalty costs are massive- could settlement result in a reduction in these costs?
I will be watching the ASIC closely as we go forward (along with the head grade, recovery rates and stripping ratio).
Projecting 110k ounces pa at $1875 AUS for 9 years,
means $123M per year based on current gold price of $3000 AUS per ounce.
What is fair value here- $3-4 per share I would think….
