as an ESS shareholder i hope MIN offer us top dollar although we know we will get screwed over, the independent valuation for ESS comes in at only $1 and we are only trading at 58c, even if MIN offer 70c which is 20% above last close, you guys will be getting an asset that once in production will be generating hundreds of millions of dollars in profits every year, ESS is worth $1.50+ but we know we wont be getting anywhere near that offer, I would prefer any all cash T/O not script or any other deal, but thats just me, im a take the money and run kinda guy, plus as someone who think the whole market could crash any day, i dont really wanna be holding any stock when that finally happens.
