thessaloniki , your post would of made sence a year ago but to say this now im sorry but doesnt add up ... firstly fed has already increased interest rates 8 times so one would think that the rate hike is near the end .. IMO the fed will hold current rates. lets see..
secondly after 8 rate rises, tpd has been hovering around the 15-18c range.. if anything the big offset will be tpd going in to production and getting cashflow.. this will reduce the risk dramatically.
