Running discussion on SP, page-77308

in regards to this quote from the AFR about the zinjin v AVZ 15%.... I am confused why AVZ would not want the matter handled by the ICC as with the ICC they will get. fair tribunal decision which I understand was likely to go AVZ way. if it is thrown out then where and when would this matter be handled?

Does anyone have some valuable input to this?
