I agree there does need to be a RC into why first Aussies are disproportionately imprisoned. WA, NT and Qld have the highest rates, but even NSW and Vic present quite a large number.

I’m just saying from the figures one could argue aboriginals are probably treated better than other races as the numbers show they are less likely to die in incarceration?

Is this not a fair assumption?
