IMHO the only problem with your thinking is if one of our nabours with an operating mine decides that with a CPR pending they use it as an opportunity to make a lowball play for AAR under 20c to test the water before or while the cpr is happening. So if you are not in then you miss out on the CPR and the takeover profits !!!!!
