When l say `content` gassed.....more so as not many questions were asked.....there was no reason to get stuck into ME about the JV as he will not go down that path....so everybody l felt accepted the situation and fortunatley we still have 6 months left....but time is going fast and in eight days it will be 5 months left.

Stormking can you remember what he said about the US$5M non refundable come November about extending the deadline or to that affect......has been mentioned here on HC before and l cannot recall exactly what he said when someone did ask the question......his obvious answer was that he hoped it would not come to that.

Just need clarification on the above para.

Put it this way l didn`t leave the meeting feeling any better or worse, l got more out of his BRR interview.

Perhaps IGOR who had a chat on the technical side today was the one being more optimistic of oil finds due to his technical background and interpretation of the 2d/3d rather than ME who may look at the past finds and history for his optimism.(if that makes sense)

Basically there are oil finds all the way along the coast of West Africa and Senegal remains untouched.....oil wont stop at one country, its waiting for us.....not their exact words.....but with Tullows above 80% success rate, well our chances must be fairly good.

So why the delay if it is that good.....must be the terms that are holding things up?
