I am 100% sure they have been speaking with Joel in the course of developing our IP strategy as DAVIES COLLISON CAVE are IHL's Patent Strategy Attorneys.
We are yet to see the IP lodged for our PSI-GAD development.
It can take some months for its publication to appear for all to see.

In my experience from watching IHL / Patent space, management kicks off the trials, as they did with IHL-42X, then submits some preliminary trial results to support their IP case. All things being equal they could have repeated this with the recent PSI-GAD preliminary results. So I will be watching with interest, to see any PSI-GAD IP publications.

In regard to exclusivity as a supplier, once we get FDA approval for PSI-GAD, regardless of any Patent outcome, the FDA will provide a minimum of 5 years of exclusivity for the treatment of GAD with Psilocybin. Maybe up to 7 years.
