Does anybody know who MIN have purchased these tenements from?
The issue of 588,000 shares is worth ~$47m which is the consideration for the acquisition.
This acquisition along with a newly acquired stake in ESS and an existing stake in GL1 suggest MIN are keen to consolidate the area.
