Of course I don't know the details of EVM JV payments, no-one outside management would, but it seems you have some insight, and are implying that they haven't been paying their way, otherwise why would you bring the subject up at all?? Just trying to do damage. If you are a large shareholder, good on you, vote as you please, but why would you put speculation like that on financial matters on a public forum unless you are trying to damage the company and its share price?
