Perhaps. I think the MLA and/or rise in RE prices are what we are going to end up waiting for before any significant rerate. A scoping study and/or agreements for the refinery would go a long way, as well as initial income from recycling.
I'm happy with all these announcements hopefully paving the way for the future.
