Ph has made it clear that he wants the best outcome not just short term, and that the pox plant is the most efficient way to go about that. They need lj up and running to meet that target, and where are they drilling now... before they even have bs up and running. The race is on to meet the pbt quota end 2024, even though it'll most likely be 2025.
