During the 2022 Financial Year, Pilbara Minerals continued mining operations at the Pilgangoora Project. No new economic evaluations were undertaken. Work undertaken to produce the Ore Reserve as at 30 June 2022 comprised operational depletion of the June 2021 Ore Reserve.
The resultant Ore Reserve as at 30 June 2022, including stockpiled material, was 159 Mt at 1.2% Li2O, 101 ppm Ta2O5 and 1.0% Fe2O3. The relevant proportions of Ore Reserves are 11% Proven Ore Reserves and 89% Probable Ore Reserves. Further details of the Ore Reserve can be found on page 22 of the 2022 Annual and Sustainability Report.
