re HNC not doing anything shareholder friendly - for mine the first DOCA they propoed didn't sound too bad - needed a couple of things looked at but didn't seem insurmountable - but we didnt get invited to those negotiations - only YAG and Toll were invited and thenegotiations broke down so HNC never advanced the DOCA
