There are some major differences between the two, one being that ZIP has already pretty much exhausted the fees it can generate from customers, given those hefty monthly account fees /transaction fees which ZIP is heavily reliant on and form the majority of revenue. Sezzle is barely scratching the surface with customers, just 26% of revenue is generated from customers, the rest from merchants. Secondly ZIP has massive debt with interest exp which is a big part of the operating result whereas Sezzle has manageable debt with interest exp that is a very small % of the operating result. I'd like to see Sezzle acquire ZIPs US customers and stick them on the Sezzle platform, stranger things have happened, lol.
