That's an extremely depressing take on things. If that's how you feel about any ASX exec, then why bother investing?
The reason these exec's have bonus targets is to ensure that shareholders can have faith in the direction they're heading.
I have zero doubt that these guys are driven by individual financial gain, which in LRS' case is tied to achieving market cap milestones. They would not perform this cap raise if they felt it jeopardised these performance based bonuses.
