Hi Guys,
I expect the following to occur over the next 3-4 months:
(1) Announcement that debt has been restructured at a more manageable interest rate
(2) Successful sale of small number of remaining non-core properties
(3) Announcement of distribution, paid six monthly, at 2-4c pa.
(4) Additional substantial shareholder notices from the likes of Orbis and/ or Accorn
(5) Re-rating of SP to 80-90c (maybe over the next several months).
(6) Announcement that they have hit their 31-12-10 required debt repayment (if not satisfied by debt restructuring prior).
I am not selling :)
