you only go overseas for projects when you have no abiltiy to evaluate and find projects in your back yard. GK failed in his first 4 acquisitioins over the past 16 months, why do you think he can do better overseas. What experience does he have in international projects? I woudl say NONE. what experiance does he have with a production asset. NONE from what i read. But maybe you need to fail before you can succeed.
