Big news coming from US today: “VW, Rivian, Nissan, BMW lose access to U.S. EV tax credits”

EVs made with batteries sourced outside of China gets a price advantage if selling in America. I anticipate IRA would extend to EU-made cars (much like deal reached with Japan).

Likely for Saudi Arabia smooching up to the US again, if to sell Ceer into US-market, to also extend IRA to them.

All the more reason for EU to dub Wolfsberg project, “strategic”. But we need to take action and apply for the status.

Look out for any announcement from BMW.
