SFR retained first right of refusal on the other Galileo Held Licenses - for good reason. e.g. GLRs PL253 appears wedged between Ngami and Kitlanya West, as well as having other very well positioned licenses. I would expect SFR to want some optionality on those - (SFR purchased the license immediately below Kitlanya West from GLR). Small $$ change to SFR big $$change to a Junior. Given the amount of time passed between the initial tranche of licenses purchased, and the success and deals since (Anglo American with Arc, CBE success with Ngami and Sprott etc taking a position) I would expect the price has gone up considerably! SFR also own shares in GLR, and issued SFR shares to GLR.
P.S - SFR were committed to drill the GLR purchased licenses - and they have - with an outline of next stages on the drilled licenses to date recently issued by GLR. Looks promising.
