For a start you have AVZ at 51%, you say its becasue its in dispute etc but if you are going to use that excuse some of them should be zero being in unfavourable EIP zones or nationalised threat/reality etc.
You don't include any other costs such as logistics some are much worse than others, you don't include credits some are much better than others etc.
It's a very crude effort at best and shouldn't taken as investment advice/guidance.
It needs a disclaimer.
