I don't think that's correct. The upgrade as I can see is driven by the official launch of Daybue in the US yesterday and a lot of work over the last month since approval to suggest previous ramp up forecasts were conservative. I would say share price seems to be moving on the analysts forecasts rather than the movement in share price driving the analysts upgrades..
