North of China, Xi's prime target is to get Manchuria (far east of Russia), back to China. Manchuria was annexed by Russia without much resistance in 1886 when China was embroiled with the west.Chinese interior ministry is already changing Russian names in Manchuria to Chinese. Xi recently bypassed Russia by getting gas directly from former Soviet republics. Currently 15% of its gas consumption is from around Caspian Sea is developing close relationships with Central Asian countries. Xi is planning to wintheimpending Sino-Russian war by doing nothing. Longer Russia is bogged down in Uki mud, greater chance of Russia becoming a vassal of China and Manchuria becoming Chinese.
