Had $40,000 set aside for kitchen renovations. Invested $30,000 in SPP and $4,000 on a table saw and promised the co-owner of the WBT shares (and the kitchen), I’d do the renovations myself. Also promised we’d spend some of the profits from the shares on re-doing the kitchen if she wasn’t happy with the job.
