NilNil1, re: the shipping season;
The Qtly report may say no more than the shipping season shall commence either late May or very early June. The port opening is controlled by the weather and TIG do not control the weather.
As I said last year, you need Anadyr temps around 5deg+ and you can also check a site called Marinetraffic.com to watch the progress of fishing vessels progressing north into the Bering Sea as the ice retreats. When the fishing vessels are easterly from the port then the port will be open.
I'm pleased to say I am back as a holder, returned last week at 1 cent.
