No good Dawg ...hope your back in action sooner ...as I think LRS is just about to kick out of this long sideways trading range and finally kick higher next level high teens etc ..
On the Placement most likely the three broker houses would have been in the loop on LRS on capital needs(is their bread an butter)
.. Brokers with firm backing from their clients many already S/Hs then approached LRS ...as to why the raise price is so close to trading SP ... I'd say many bigger boys want in asap and instead bidding up the SP go through the placement channel ... is RIO sniffing around ??
I'm with "Fresh Equities"got my s708 ... Of course FE are out of the placement but still has the details .. 285mill new shares (around 2months trading volume on the ASX)
