Yes, that's what I am thinking. I sold on Friday afternoon & yesterday morning. I placed a buy this morning at 51.5c but pulled it. There's a good chance MIN could leave this unresolved for shareholders for a considerable time. They having little/nothing to gain by bidding essentially against themselves as they have effective control at 19.9% or at least dictate future ownership or development by virtue of a minority stake.Arbitrage T/O buyers would probably then exit quickly.
