Could Tianqi & MIN possibly enter into a JV if & when the scheme succeeds?

because their broker is selling it down ahead of MINs forthcoming bid. I wouldn’t be surprised to see an offer tomorrow morning. It’s not a massive acquisition for them and adds value to Mt Marion
