If the company's maiden MRE is over 5mt that figure will come down $3.5m and if its over 10mt that would leave CRR with $2m in the bank for activities. (Look at the terms for Mavis Deal). You would hope the MRE is over 5mt for shareholders sake. They are burning cash >800k per quarter so a cap raise will be on the horizon.
I agree a cap raise doesn't necessarily mean bad things, it's part of project development.
