My concerns with the delays is.
Price for oil is good now
Evs are taking a large slice of the market just look at the USA 20% of new cars sold this year are Evs these companies put out forecasts for the next year and it’s going fast.
The impact on oil prices within the next couple of years will be huge so while they use cost measures as part of the delays it could be worse with falling oil prices
This is why people don’t like to invest and wait with Cvn
