The reason someone would invest in FZO would be:

1. solid annuity revenue, which regardless of which company or business sector you're in, is precisely what you're after. But thinking tech stocks.... think Apple, youtube, ebay, Amazon.. there is a reason these companies grew to the size they are.

2. the business hasn't yet consistently shown break-even cashflow, but when (not if) this happens, the stock price must surely re-rate. I believe this is what the market is waiting for.

3. Loss making IT companies have been hammered in the rising interest rate climate, but if we have reached the interest rate cycle peak, and rates start falling, this will prop such companies.

Looking at the above, barring some black swan event, we are probably around the the bottom for the stock price. The risk/reward ratio buying at these levels of 16.5c seems pretty darn good.
