I don’t have it in for EGR but everyone here over the years has been sprucing one point after the other and nothing happens. Another company in Tanzania hasn’t signed the FA and has sourced back up funding and is in the final stages of securing debt funding. It has been advised through asx announcements that the FA isn’t required for an export licence or part of the funding conditions of debt draw down of financing. I may be the only one here that doesn’t agree with you but that doesn’t mean I’m wrong. In saying that it’s not a bad thing to have done but those that follow will have the benefit of those who have negotiated beforehand. There are advantages to that I’m sure you can agree. EGR has a track record of putting out Announcements and doing all the documentation but doing nothing on the ground. It reads well but not adding value imo.
