I'm confused with the Perth property market. This month alone we are engulfed in the media the Real estate inst saying that there is a housing shortage. The minister says he'll open up massive land to devalue property prices. Then the figures come out the first homebuyers have dropped by a massive 78% Then the latest figures come out that now the middle class earners are filing for bankrupties.
I dont know, all I trust is my eyes and judgement, every suburb I drive through I see sale signs everywhere. When you drive past the realestate shops their boards are full. In my local area I see sale boards barely with a sold sign, just another board with a different realestate agent.
