Please elaborate as I believe that you are actually wrong.

I am a NZ shareholder, and based on my limited understanding of NZ tax rules, and experience of previous changes of domicile from NZ to elsewhere, I foresee no issues of substance whatsoever (other than a few minutes of my accountants time).

Notably from my understanding PVL as an ASX listed company will be FIF exempt?

As for the company itself, I suspect it may lose use of some NZ tax losses, not sure, but will trust PVLs accountants have duly advised. Provided the Aussie board seek appropriate tax advise I see no need for them to understand anything about the NZ tax system??
