Explain how someone is theoretically going to be "consolidated" out of share ownership without choosing to take up the offer from say $10k of holdings that might have been worth $65k.
The shares have to go down in value 20 times at least. The last capital raise simply won't do this.
Why would the majority shareholders want to wipe out 95% of their equity to gain say 30% back from cashing out unmarketable parcels?
