2) US has started improving. Last two weeks full of good news(except BP Saga). US Still Biggest Engine of the world.

3) Europe Oil consumption is virtually negligible relative to USA,China(I posted those oil figure two weeks back).

3) In March, April China Fuel Import up 30%. Number of cars are sky rocketing.
