I question that it's 90% from the maps I've seen .
But the Uktrainians have been giving ground slowly for weeks and seems will eventually leave .
I said as much two months back btw.
Have bled Wagner dry there , have occupied the majority of the russian army there for 10 months .
Ukraines turn soon .
