What is the difference between white collar crime and blue collar?

The blue collar criminal's go to jail while the white collar just get admired and rewarded.

We all want to retrive some of our capital outlay in this company but as some have already said why reward those how are responsible for the pain that many have endured with their investment in this company?

If anyone believes that they are at least obtaining 2.5 cents per share - not even in the dollar, then think again when the two majority share holders start malipulationg the share price down as they play transfer shares to another "unrelated" account- say in their super fund wife's acoount etc and send the share price down to .5 of a cent per share.

With so much stock held they also have the option to dry up liquity in the stock forever and we may never find a market for our holdings.

The best option is to say no and put pressure on them to make a reasonable offer.

I recall someone mentioning that this matter has been drawn to the attention of some politians. However the only way any assitance will be forthcoming fromn anyone from this end of town is if they percieve votes and therefore power can be secured from their involvement.

What happens if the company is liquidated? Does the Pepole's republic of Main Land China through Human secure by default their first uranium mine in Australia unapossed by the Austalian Governement?

Maybe some media exposure with head lines such as "China's first uranium mine in Australia could hinge on the outcome of the meeting in July of Compass shareholders." would rouse some action.

I have a lot more to say but I have to start my fourth day job to help make up for the losses that have resulted from the non disclosure by certain directors of a certain company.

As has also been said everyone has to consider their own circumstances and values but as for me rarely do I vote in these matters -as the bigger share holders usually have the final say but as to the offer to settle my $455,358 investment in Compass for a hopefull 2.5 cents per share or under $9,000 which still is conditional on the share price holdsing on reopening will be- NO
