Long holders of CMM are familiar with their ability to contain costs.
To such a degree that our AISC has risen less than the CPI since production commenced.
I feel they have earned the right to apply a 5% discount, though I do agree that 5% is 'very questionable'
A discount rate of 1% for these guys is more appropriate.
