The issue is the west is all but incapable of midstream separation (WE ARE WAITING FOR REETEC AND UCORE), vml is early to the game and china isnt a potential client because, well, our gov's are telling us we should all hate them.
Selling intermediate product to china could have potentially paid for completion of the plant - they will take as much product as we can dig out of the ground. I'd say that isnt inline with someones political agenda. Point in case is this demonstration of utter stupidity...
