I think you have missed the underlying sentiment of my post pottermore. I have listened to the BRR report and have drawn similar conclusions to you about where the negotiations are at - hence my investment here. I am not in any way questioning management as I am very happy with the progress they are making.
What I am trying to get across is what general shareholders (who may not have done as much research on the company) are feeling and hence what is being reflected in our share price. What is important is the re-rating that will occur once a deal is across the line.
We can read into what people say as much as we want - but it is only speculation (marketing and 'dribble' as far as I am concerned). Until there is an announcement with all the terms detailed, it is impossible to know how well the discussions are going. So before you label my opinion as having no basis or understanding, accept that your opinion is based on the same information as mine and as a result, just as 'frustrating'.
