Anyway, I have zero concern here. This is an exploration company - all we can do is see where the chips fall - and in light of MIN's aggressive takeover bid, I highly doubt they're doing this if the potential worse-case outlined by you is even a possibility...
As for the potential of compulsory acquisition and having one's funds tied up for a period of time, if MIN is such a great company - then what's the problem? MIN's share price ought to be robust enough, and if not - why is everyone now patting themselves on the back now that they took up the offer?
