I am not convinced that this is just about a capital raising. Should they not have stated that in the trading halt announcement and also now one week of halt / suspension seems to long for a raising of a few million.

This seems more likely to be related to the corporate future of the company and NKP could be in JV / takeover negotiations with Xstrata, other diversified miners such as Anglo or end user investors from China, India etc.

We will need to wait and see what comes out of this.
