Thanks Gator. Good point you made about margin, that is definitely an issue in the larger timeframes. Have been practice trading rather than real trades, using MA plus RSI and MACD, as well as support / resistance. The AUD has been bouncing between support / resistance in a trading range on the 30min / 1 hr charts.

Revised my SL, now using 12 to 15 pips on 1 and 5 min charts. Got about a 50/50 success rate in practice, profit of 20 to 35 pips on the winners. Overall around 100 ahead in the last week. If I can translate to real world trading it would be nice!
