This 100% backs up my statements. Was GT55 in possession of inside information? Yes he claims to have seen an ASX release which he stated was a growth announcement which was not public. Did he communicate the information? Yes, we’ve all read it here. Could it reasonably be assumed people would act upon it? Yes, this is a share forum where people look to get information that forms part of their decision process. Was it material? Time will tell. If the so called announcement finally comes out and the price moves materially, then the communication of that material on this forum be fore it was made public and the trades that occurred after it was posted could be scrutinised.
