I think the government approvals and construction timeline for Haber are too long. I understand around 5 years and involves offshore module fabrication for the plant.
The biggest costs in the near future will be the gas plant for the JV with Hancock and I am sure this will be given a export exemption by the WA Government to kick start its development.
This is why I believe they are steaming ahead with supplying the local Perth market from the other fields.
I am sure Stew recently stated that Haber would be towards 2030.
