Rusty, I'm curious as to why you have a "sell & held" disclosure. I can understand a "sell & not held" disclosure, but your sentiment and disclosure are not aligned. Either you actually have a "hold sentiment & held disclosure" or if you truly believe this is a sell, you should have sold?
