I know from the past that Greenbushes mine was selling its SC6 concentrate at $900/t in 2019 when the other producers of those hard times like PLS, AJM (bankrupted), A40 (bankrupted) were selling their low quality spod around $500, max $600..

That's how big is the difference between producing 5.2% and 6% spod concentrate.

And Greenbushes has never had a problem for selling its spod concentrate at those hard times in 2019 and 2020. (the times when A40 and AJM were bankrupted and PLS was nearly going bankrupted)

They even made their expansion plans at that time and also started construction of 2 lithium hydroxide plants at the same time.

Even the "industry experts" didn't know how important was the hard rock lithium at high grade with low impurities during the last 5-6 years,.. including ALB itself because ALB could buy out LTR 3 years ago at much cheaper price than their current offer. But they were sleeping.

    Open your eyes guys.
We have the best quality mine together with Covalent Lithium's (WES/SQM JV) Mt Holland project in the world. These two mines are the best mines on the market.

Covalent has 190mt at 1.50% Li2O Grade but are being shared by two majors; WES and SQM.

LTR is solely 100% owned by LTR with 156mt at 1.50% Li2O equivalent (including tantalum credits)

    And we own LTR
    .

I am not happy sell it anymore as I don't want to see those silly low ball offers. I want to go to production and get dividends.

I talked to my family members about what to do with the money, how to invest it if LTR is sold out. We discussed a lot of investment vehicles; buying residential and /or commercial property, land for long term, term deposits, etc.. The income from the rental properties are so low (between 4%-6%) and problematic, it's not wise to do that we thought. Then we came to conclusion that we must invest in blue chip stocks to get good returns with between 5%-8% with franking credits. Then we said we already have it, it's LTR. Why to sell it?

So my family decision is not to sell it but go to production and get dividends unless very attractive offer comes and TG and we all decide to sell it.
