I do find the Ransley in MRL thing interesting. When he left TER in Jul22, he was retiring , only to show up as another executive a few months later on MRL (Oct 22). I don't think he ever 'retired' from TER, he was pushed out by the board and major shareholders. He ended only lasting 6 months in the new role at MRL. Just and odd situation,
But you probably right, the ASIC case against TER and its directors (current/former) is probably one of the reasons for him leaving MRL.I am 50/50 on this. Considering the members of board do have significant stake in the company (or are representatives of the major holders), than it could be a possibility, but i don't see how it could be legal. If the board members or their representatives or associated entities are buying and selling shares they are required to notify the ASX as well.
